This Privacy Policy explains how S + T Rogers, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Project Pix mobile application and related support services. Project Pix is designed for sunroom contractors and jobsite crews to organize projects, receive location-based arrival reminders, capture photos, and deliver completed photo sets.

Information we collect

Account information

When you sign in with Google, we may receive information authorized through Google Sign-In, such as your name, email address, and a unique account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.

Project and customer information

We collect information you enter to identify and organize a project, which may include a project or product name, customer or resident name, jobsite address, project status, dates, folder names, and other project details.

Location information

With your permission, Project Pix uses location information and saved jobsite locations to provide project-location arrival reminders. Location information is used for app functionality and is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. You can manage location access in your device settings.

Photos and related content

Project Pix processes photos you capture or select for a project, along with associated project labels and dates. Photos may contain information that you or your organization choose to document at a jobsite.

Dropbox and sharing

If you choose to send project photos to Dropbox, Project Pix transfers the selected photos and folder information to the Dropbox account you authorize. We do not receive your Dropbox password. Information stored in Dropbox is also governed by your agreement and privacy settings with Dropbox. If you use the iOS sharing features, the information is sent to the destination you select.

How we use information

• Authenticate users and maintain app accounts
• Create, label, organize, and manage projects
• Provide jobsite arrival reminders
• Capture, associate, display, share, and deliver project photos
• Connect to services you authorize, including Google and Dropbox
• Provide customer support and respond to requests
• Maintain security, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations
• Operate, troubleshoot, and improve Project Pix

How information may be shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as needed to provide Project Pix, including with:

• Services you authorize, such as Google Sign-In and Dropbox
• Service providers, such as hosting, storage, security, and technical-support providers that process information on our behalf
• Your organization, when your account is provided or managed by an employer or contracting company
• Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security
• A successor organization, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Project Pix, maintain your account and projects, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Information transferred to Dropbox or another destination selected by you remains subject to that service’s retention settings. You or your organization may also retain copies of shared project photos.

Your choices and requests

• Manage camera, photo-library, notification, and location permissions in iOS Settings
• Revoke Google or Dropbox access through the applicable account settings
• Delete individual projects or photos using available app controls
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information by contacting us

To request account or data deletion, email shonda@seoislocal.com. We may need to verify your identity and, for an organization-managed account, coordinate with the organization that provided access.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

Project Pix is a business productivity app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Project Pix changes. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date when changes are made.
